Payments
All payments must be received prior to the conference. If payment from your organisation is not received prior to the conference you will be asked to provide your personal credit card details to guarantee payment.

Tax Invoice and GST
A tax invoice will be emailed once your registration has been confirmed.
Confirmation of Registration
Confirmation of your registration and tax invoices and receipts will be sent to you by email.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be received in writing by 22 March 2009 for a refund. There will be no refund after 22 March 2009.
Please note that service charges incurred during the refunding process will be charged to the cancelling participant.
Accommodation
Please organise your own accommodation through our travel partner, JTB Travel.
Liability
Time schedules, speakers, titles and other information shown in the program may change. The DSC-IC 2009 Conference and the Conference Managers reserve the right to amend any part of the program. Please visit our web site and check programs on a regular basis.
The DSC-IC 2009 organisers do not accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by delegates or accompanying persons or loss of, or damage to, their personal property as a result of the conference or related events.
